For audio up to 60 minutes, your transcript will be delivered within 2 business days.

For audio up to 60 minutes, your transcript will be delivered within 24 hours, including weekends and holidays. A 25% surcharge applies to the total project price.

PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment is due upon receipt of the completed transcript. An invoice will be provided along with delivery.
For long-term or ongoing projects, invoices will be issued bi-weekly for work completed to date. Payment is expected within 10 days of invoice receipt.
