Is my data secure?
Absolutely. I use only paid, professional-grade tools that are either fully offline or compliant with EU (GDPR) and US (CCPA) privacy laws.
Your files will never be shared with third parties, stored in unsecured cloud apps, or used for AI training. Privacy is non-negotiable.
How long do you store my files?
All files (audio, video, and transcripts) are deleted upon project completion and approval, unless you request otherwise.
What file formats do you accept for audio/video?
I accept all common audio and video formats, including MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, MP4, and MOV.
The transcription software I use also supports many additional formats, so most files can be processed without issue.
In what format will I receive my transcript?
Final transcripts can be delivered in Word (.docx), PDF, or plain text (.txt).
Other formats may be available upon request.

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept several secure and flexible payment options:
• Cryptocurrency: USDT and USDC
• Digital payments: PayPal and Payoneer
• Bank transfer: BCP (Banco de Crédito del Perú)
Who covers transfer fees?
Any transaction or transfer fees charged by your chosen payment provider are the client’s responsibility. I’ll always invoice the agreed project price, and any additional costs from banks, PayPal, or crypto networks are separate from my service fee.
How many revisions do you offer?
I include 1 free revision with every project to ensure your satisfaction.
If further changes are needed, additional revisions can be requested at $2.50 per page.
You can specify which pages need adjustment, so you only pay for exactly what you need.
Can I cancel my project?
Cancellations:
• Before work starts: Full refund (minus any transaction fees)
• After work begins: Partial refund, based on how much work has been completed
• After delivery: No refunds unless there’s a major, unresolvable issue
Refunds:
• Processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Crypto refunds returned in the same coin/token, minus network/transaction fees
• PayPal/Payoneer refunds depend on their internal processing times, minus any platform fees
Please note: transfer and transaction fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
